Meet at Sokol park every Tuesday at 5:30 pm for a 3 or 4 mile trail run (pick your distance)! Meet and park by the barn at the main entrance and members of the Tuscaloosa Track Club and Wagner’s will greet you. Course is clearly marked and waters provided after. All levels of runners are welcome and encouraged to attend!
